Gaelan Connell and on-screen mom Lisa Kudrow get their game on in this new still from their upcoming flick,Bandslam.

Also starring Vanessa Hudgens andAlyson Michalka, Bandslam follows a high school outcast (Connell) bonds with a popular girl (Michalka) over their shared love of music and results in them assembling a rock group that looks to win their school’s upcoming battle of the bands competition.

Bandslam hits theaters on Friday, August 14th.
